ORDERS & PROCESSING

When will my order ship?

All orders are Made-to-order and typically ship in 3-5 business days and are delivered within 7-12 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, launches, promotions), processing may take a little longer. We thank you for your patience!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we begin processing orders quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the order is placed.
If you need assistance, contact us ASAP at support@anchorsandship.com and we’ll do our best to help.

SHIPPING

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but isn’t?

Anchors & Ship is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or mis-deliveries caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
If an issue occurs:

  1. Please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

  2. Then reach out to us so we can assist however possible.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Which items are non-returnable?

To protect our shop, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Holiday items

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Digital downloads

  • Drinkware, hats, and wearable accessories for hygiene reasons

  • Seasonal/limited collections

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@anchorsandship.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

    We’ll happily help replace or refund eligible damaged items.

REFUNDS

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued back to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I get a refund for a lost package?

Because carriers are responsible for delivery, lost-package refunds are not guaranteed. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier.

PRODUCTS

What if the colors look slightly different in person?

Due to monitor and screen variations, colors may appear slightly different in real life. This is not considered a product defect.

Are your items handmade or printed?

All items are designed by us and professionally printed through our trusted production partners.
Each piece may have slight variations — this is part of the charm!

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options offered at checkout.
